附上我在用的兩個批次檔內容
DHCP.bat

netsh interface ipv4 set address "區域連線" dhcp
netsh interface ipv4 set dns "區域連線" dhcp

下面的用法是設定兩個 DNS
Lab.bat
------------------------------------------------------------------
netsh interface ipv4 set address "區域連線" static xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 1
netsh interface ipv4 set dns "區域連線" static xxx.xxx.x.x primary
netsh interface ipv4 add dns "區域連線" xxx.xxx.x.x 2

黃字部份請自行修改
以上是 Vista 版本，若要在 xp 上使用，請將 ipv4 改為 ip
