[討論] Flash 音樂劇中的音樂
期待已久的Flash x Supergirl 的音樂劇連動終於出來啦!
以下就透過這篇文,
簡單分析這集當中出現的五首曲目

1.Moon River

片中出現的第一首歌是由Kara (Melissa Benoist)所演唱的“Moon River”, 她的歌音非
常的輕柔, 甜美, 聽完後還會有種意猶未盡的感覺, 讓人十分陶醉在其中。完整歌詞如下
：

在曲子的結尾, My “huckleBARRY” friend有雙關的意味在。Huckleberry friend在歌
詞是知心朋友的意思 (典故來自湯姆歷險記中, 湯姆最好的朋友Huckleberry Finn), 在
這邊可以引申到Barry是Kara的好麻吉, 鏡頭也有刻意帶到Barry的身上。另外Melissa在
舞台的造型是參考奧黛莉赫本在1961年的電影Breakfast At Tiffany's的服裝, 這部電
影的主題曲正是Moonriver。

2.Put A Little Love in Your Heart

這首歌來自1969 Jackie DeShannon的熱門歌曲, 由Darren Criss (Music Meister),
Jeremy Jordan (Winn), Carlos Valdes (Cisco), John Barrowman (Malcom) 等人所表
演的大合唱, 結合了目不暇給的舞蹈、歌唱、和舞台設計, 是這集演出難度最高的一首歌
, 也是劇中的一段高潮, 正式帶出本集的主題"Love"的意義。不過美中不足的大概就是
大合唱的關係, 這些具有好演唱能力的演員們比較沒有足夠空間展現他們的歌喉, 完整歌
詞如下:

3.More I Cannot Wish You

這首歌來自1951經典音樂劇《紅男綠女》Guys and dolls, 由三位唱過百老匯的實力派演
員Victor Garber (Prof. Stein, 唱過《失魂記》), Jesse L. Martin (Joe West, 唱過
《吉屋出租》), John Barrowman(Malcom Merlyn, 唱過《歌劇魅影》)所演唱, 希望他們
的兒子/女兒能找到真愛。一開始分別由Martin, Victor獨唱, 最後加入John的三重唱,
三人各自展現自己的出色技巧, 這樣完美和諧的聲音為這首經典老歌帶來不同的韻味。這
集有不少設定是參考自音樂劇《紅男綠女》, 如劇情主要都是描寫30 40年代的(紐約)黑
幫, 主角群的服裝與酒吧裝飾也可發現相近的元素。 片中這首"More I Cannot Wish
You"原先是由劇中女配角莎拉的祖父所演唱, 目的也是希望他的孫女能夠找到好丈夫。

4.Super Friend

這集出現的兩首原創曲之一, 由《瘋狂前女友》Crazy Ex-Girlfriend的製作人兼演員
Rachel Bloom所量身為Flash和Supergirl打造的歌曲, 踢踏舞的部分則是由Zach
Woodley 所規劃 (之前也曾幫Glee編過舞)。這首曲子許多片段不免讓人會心一笑, 如
Kara提到＂if you're not there in time you can just go back in time and give it
another shot＂嘲諷Barry回到過去製造的閃點, Barry也回應”I'm actually not
supposed to do that anymore."希望他這次是真的說到做到XD; 在後頭Barry也用超人來
揶揄Kara (不過理論上Barry應該沒看過也不認識超人才對)。這兩人的趣味關係在這首曲
子嶄露無遺, 配上Winn的華麗的伴奏與精彩的踢踏合舞, 為了這集的主題Duet下了良好的

5.Runnin’ Home to You

這是另外一首原創曲, 由甫獲得奧斯卡最佳原創歌曲的La La Land作家 Benj Pasek和
Justin Paul所操刀, 用Grant Gustin美妙的男高音獨唱為這精彩的Musical Crossover作
完美的結束。在浪漫的氣氛下, Iris也終於答應了要和Grant Gustin結婚, 是為這集最美
的一個橋段。歌詞中提到的Keep running home to you和you would be my light in
the dark呼應了Flash影集一直想要傳達的愛情觀, 無論Barry在世界的何處, 甚至身處神
速力之中, 他永遠能夠找到Iris。或許未來不是閃電俠能夠改變的, 他只希望每分每秒能
夠陪伴著終身伴侶Iris。

小結:
在幾次與Savitar緊張的對決後, 劇組安排了這樣歡樂的一集讓閃電小隊可以暫時休息一
下喘口氣。我很喜歡Barry媽Nora在片頭提到的"Musicals have the power to make
everything better", 音樂劇就是有這樣的魔力, 能讓遭遇的難題或是挫折出現轉機,
這次Music Meister回來用了類似童話故事的方式幫助了這些情侶化開了心結。透過音樂
劇的方式劇組一方面提醒著我們他們擁有許多實力派歌手演員, 也給了觀眾最美麗的情書
。其實劇中還有不少遺珠有著歌唱底子如Wally, HR, Alex等人, 綠箭那邊的演員也沒什
麼
參與到, 希望之後還有機會看到Music Meister回歸讓我們聽到更多美妙的曲子!

目前看起來他應該是arrowverse裡最強大的角色, 根本Q和Mr. Mxyzptlk的結合
Barry在閃電俠忍三年都沒機會好好唱, 當然開心XD 我對他唱的那首評價非常高, 甚至超
越La La Land了
