A former personal assistant to Texas Rangers pitcher Yu Darvish has filed a
lawsuit claiming that the ace right-hander's management company fired him after
he reported a dog bite.
因為幫達爾溜狗，然後被狗咬到臉，之後又被炒魷魚

Alexander Witmer filed the suit Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court
against Darvish as well as his company, KDN Management Inc., and two people
associated with the company, Don Nomura and Yoshi Hoshino.
同時也告達爾經紀公司說他們報復
The suit alleges breach of contract, retaliation and negligence.
Witmer signed a one-year contract with Darvish on Aug. 27 to provide services
that included taking care of the pitcher's three dogs and three birds,
according to court documents.
Witmer跟達爾在8月27日簽了一年約，其中內容包括幫達爾照顧3隻狗跟3隻鳥
Three weeks later, on Sept. 17, one of the dogs "jumped up" and bit Witmer on
the cheek and upper lip, resulting in him receiving treatment at a hospital,
the complaint states.
3周後，其中一隻狗跳起來咬了Witmer的臉頰跟上唇，導致他要去醫院治療
Witmer's attorney, David Olan of Olan Law Corp. in Santa Monica, said Friday
the bite caused permanent injury and scarring. He said he could not confirm
what type of dog produced the alleged bite.

According to the complaint, Darvish negligently failed to have his dog under
restraint or to warn the plaintiff or other people about the possibility of the
dog attacking.
所以要告達爾，都沒有提醒原告或其他人，他的狗是會攻擊人的
"Defendant Yu Darvish was also negligent in that he was aware that the dog had
previously bit a person or acted like it wanted to and defendant was aware of
the dog's previous conduct," the complaint stated.
說達爾知道他的狗本來就會咬人
Witmer reported the injury as well as an unsafe work condition, which Witmer
claims was a "motivating reason" for the defendants' decision to fire him.
He is seeking unspecified damages. Darvish, who is out for the 2015 season with
an elbow injury, could not be reached for comment. A woman at KDN Management in
Los Angeles said the person who could comment was out of town.
