BALTIMORE -- Online All-Star voting ends on Thursday, but the most significant event impacting the All-Star Game could be happening on the Atlantic Seaboard. With Hurricane Arthur crawling up the East Coast, there is a growing possibility that the Rangers' game with the Orioles on Thursday night could be rained out.
