花了點時間找資料
我自己是有P家的機身，女友家是O家的。
有時間在過去借機器驗證一下。
之前有玩過一下12-50那個鏡頭。
要拍微距的時候真的要石膏手。
在4/3時代有人問過O家原廠防手震的問題,

鏡頭跟機身都開好像沒有衝突，因為運作模式是
萬一兩個都ON時，相機待機(未按快門)時，是鏡頭防手震動作，
但在按快門的曝光瞬間會自動切換為只機身防手震動作。
liveview時也是一樣。
不會2個防手震系統同時動作。

1.45-175這顆鏡頭沒有可以開關OIS的選項~就表示是默認，
默認情況下就跟之前MEGA OIS和O家機身一樣~
擇一使用即可~
2.作者有幾段話跟照片來佐證OIS是有派上用場的~

結論:
Power OIS. I have tested few shots at maximum zoom,
few stops below the recommended shutter speed
(shutter spend > the focal length, ie 50mm -> max 1/50 sec),
and the pictures turn out quite convincing. Though Oly PEN
has a IBIS, in my opinion, the Power OIS comes much stronger and effective.
在原文中推文的地方我的說法可能不太清楚，但是在O家的選單中關閉機身防手震也就是
全程使用P家鏡頭防手震的功能，
如果都開啟那取景與拍攝的時候只會單一運作。
不過P家的機身與O家的鏡頭都是沒有防手震的，所以裝在一起是沒有啥可選，
這點應該是無庸置疑。
