Quite possibly not :-) I think I did the diff the wrong way around
since "patch < hash.c.diff"
does warn "Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [y]"
but if hit I return at that point it does remove the "register"
references from hash.c 1.3 correctly
