Various patches

The man page patches fix various hard sentences and some double spacing
mistakes. The killall diff stops sending negative values into ctype.h on
machines with signed values. It also prints %zu instead of %d for
size_t(From FreeBSD).
The nfsstat patch fixes a few cases that replied upon implicit int.(From
FreeBSD)
I have almost finished patches for both fstat and basename. Expect them
in a few days.
