I've talked to Sephe and he is willing to answer questions I have
regarding the ratectl work he did.
One important note is that we (DragonFly BSD) will be porting drivers
other than ath so doing the ratectl work will not be a huge added
effort since I'll be mucking around in the drivers anyway.
