Most of VINUMDEBUG deals with tracking of various actions and that
can be done with KTR just fine.
The memory statistics can either go
away completely or are better served by implementing size tracing
in malloc / free itself.
The longjmp debugging is not needed soon, I'm working on removing
the use of longjmp completely.
