It works - I managed to build the handbook. So, anyone with a leaf
account could pull the docs from CVS and build them if they cared to...
Interestingly, it takes about 40 seconds to build the handbook on leaf,
which is great! I was used to it taking maybe 5 minutes on
forknibbler.com (P2/233).
