:2) Add a new macro for FreeBSD and use that for historical references.

:3) Hardcode the historical references as 'FreeBSD' rather than using a

It's probably a good idea to keep .Fx to mean FreeBSD and to introduce
a new macro to mean DragonFly. .Dx is fine (if it isn't already used
for something).
