Recently I regained access to a non-production machine with a ServeRAID-4Lx,
and noticed that the driver has been broken for almost 4 years now :)
Currently I'm working on fixing `iobuf error 5' message filling up the
console; every time a FLUSH command is issued, a 0-byte write request
is dispatched and it ends up in a failure.
