Sync zoneinfo database with tzdata2010g from elsie.
asia: 8.56 -> 8.58
europe: 8.25 -> 8.26
zone.tab: 8.34 -> 8.35
* DST was cancelled in Bangladesh.
* Gaza DST starts last Sunday in March at 12:01AM in 2010 and forward.
* Some Russian regions change time zone.
