I agree with the second part of that statement (but in that case, the real fix would seem to be more along the lines of taking them out of REQ_PACKAGES and devising a better scheme for selecting what package sets to include on a release.) The first part doesn't seem to have any reasoning behind it beyond tradition, though. -Chris
