Plus two other minor fixes:
- correct a regression in the last version that left the installer
unable to create more than 8 partitions on a slice (reported by
CosmicDJ)
- correct two off-by-one errors in the validation of the setting of the
time and date which left the installer unable to e.g. set the time to
midnight (reported by Jonas Sundstr闣)
