Just to be clear here... this bug has nothing to do with scanning an
actual SCSI bus. The problem is that the CAM thinks it needs to wait
for some other non-SCSI device to complete a scan for scsi-emulation
purposes (e.g. ATA or USB/UMASS) and notify it when, in fact, the other
device did not actually initiate a scan in the first place. i.e. it
is a software snafu.
