I wasn't sure the first time it happened, but it happened twice at the same time on two computers yesterday. During a buildworld (via ssh from a linux xterm) the build just stopped, typing any character in the term window resumed the build(s). The dfly computers have fpx interfaces. On the linux box: 3Com Corporation 3c905C-TX (rev 78). I've started the buildworld again, if I get another hang, what should I do? The last time the hang was 8 hours before I typed space or something in the terminal, compiling resumed instantly. // George -- George Georgalis, systems architect, administrator Linux BSD IXOYE http://galis.org/george/ cell:646-331-2027 mailto:george@galis.org
