剛剛查到了英文的敘述, 只是他的問題是 over exposure
我的應該是 under exposure
想再問一下看看有沒有人遇過這樣的狀況:

suggestions?
Check your "exposure compensation" setting. It should be "0". If it is, you
can experiment by setting it to a lower number and see if your pics improve.

如果調到最大, 有比較好
只是還是暗暗的
This was a good idea but didn't solve the problem. If take a picture in the
daylight it is completely white. With flash the results are better but
varied. Any more suggestions?
