看《台灣省攤販管理規則》﹐
裡面一樣有“違規攤販之取締﹐由警察單位辦理”字樣。
道路交通相關法規裡也有對未經許可在道路擺設攤位者的處罰規定。
隻不過因為相關規定賦予的強制力不足﹐執行效果會差一些。
這一點跟大陸差別比較大﹐大陸是強制力過大﹐
尤其是城管﹐經常超越應有的執法力度。
當然﹐是否超越、哪些行為超越﹐似乎對法律法規的解釋上還有爭議。
