不同地方不一樣﹐有些地方還是堅持新生嬰兒隨母落戶的原則。
當然現在很多地方都隨父隨母自願落戶了﹐這個應該是趨勢。
落戶自願也是有前提的﹐有些地方有補充規定﹐
優先落家庭戶﹐再單位集體戶﹐最後人事代理機構集體戶﹐
父母雙方戶口性質相同的情況下才是自願落戶。
