坦白說, 我就不知道你的推論是哪來的
首先...美國認識到的是中國的立場...而不是認識到台灣是中國的一部分
America acknowledges the Chinese position
也就是說美國知道中國的主張, 而不是知道這個事實, 這是不同的
而臺灣關係法..

唯一只陳述一點, 就是美國終止與台灣統治當局的關係, 至於這個統治當局的名稱
1979/1/1 之前為ROC
所以你的論點..
1. 這是對的
2. 美國認識到中國的立場, 但並不等於認識或者同意這個事實
3. 1979年/1/1 之前, 美國承認其為ROC...之後, 沒有說.
沒有說並不等於非法或者不承認, 至多可以解釋為保持解釋空間
這一點一定要知道
4. 根本沒提到, 你講的啊???
5. 不是反對台灣獨立...不要搞錯

美國反對的是以非和平方式決定台灣未來, 堅持台灣未來應該以和平方式決定
美國絕對不是反對台灣獨立, 不要弄錯了
所以美國要求UN不要用台灣是中國的一部分
要求內部要以台灣稱呼台灣, 而不要用甚麼ROC
不都是對台灣的善意嗎??
