[其它] 咖啡豆選擇,咖啡豆、粉儲存方式
抱歉~小弟又來擾民了
剛剛把手沖器材全部下標等2天後去7-11贖回..
只差磨豆機要去店面買,順便選購溫度計,
偷渡一題,請問電子秤應該買一般的就夠用?
至於咖啡豆跟儲藏罐子的選擇
剛剛查了一圈大概會從半磅300-400的開始喝起
看過一些文章,台中有豆子的店目前找到歐舍跟歐克佬
如果有其他推薦的歡迎在推文中分享 (手沖)
罐子部分,決定要買樂扣樂扣的回來改造瓶身
不知道版友有沒有人使用心得?
並請教,1磅咖啡豆如果要放玻璃罐,要用幾ML的才放得下又不會太大呢?
前面文章也提到我會磨粉帶出門沖,
通常是一天內會使用完畢
咖啡粉應該用一般的密封罐帶出去即可?

不管什麼方式,其實試久了就知道自己適合什麼比例,我覺得沒有絕對,謝謝各位提供
的方法。
至於容器部分,昨天先去ikea買了小的密封罐要拿來裝粉出門用,
好看是好看..回家試用後,發現開的時候很容易打到手..
咖啡豆容器應該會買單向排氣的來試看看,
昨天去家樂福,一整面牆的樂扣樂扣就是沒有裝咖啡豆的那款..
