[問題] 水溫的等待時間?
我搜尋了溫度的關鍵字還是不太確定,
我習慣用法式濾壓壺,我的習慣是每次磨12g的豆子,
因此每次煮一小杯只需180cc的水就足夠,
所以我都是在要泡咖啡時直接拿小鋼杯裝七分滿約300cc的水在電磁爐上快速加熱,
通常一下子就滾了,以前我都是滾了就拿起來沖進濾壓壺內,(我喝淺焙豆)
最近朋友跟我說要用90度左右來沖比較恰當,比較不會弄壞咖啡粉,
我想請教100度的滾水下降到90度,大約要等待幾秒呢?
(不用很準確沒關係,我想只約90度左右即可) 感謝!
