[請益]淺焙豆子悶蒸不會膨嗎?
爬文看到有些版友的經驗,淺焙豆子悶蒸時較不易膨,
最近買的豆子是淺焙的,放大概8天後沖,水溫90度,
每次都有種只是把咖啡粉泡在水裡的感覺,
去看了田口護的書,沖淺焙的建議溫度是82~84度,
是這樣的溫度才會膨脹嗎?
因對這溫度實在很疑惑,所以還沒試過,有版友用82度沖嗎,風味如何啊?謝謝~
另外想說的是,在這版上真的獲益良多,每天都來這長知識,也因大家的分享沖出好喝的
