最近發現似乎遇到了一點瓶頸
手沖出來的咖啡感覺喝起來沒什麼層次感
也喝不出來各種豆子該有的香味 (耶加的柑橘味??喝不出來)
猜想是不是我手沖方式的問題

悶蒸我是看咖啡粉的表面的狀態來決定注水的時間
說是看 其實也是大概感覺一下
另外一直繞外圈這點我之前真的沒發現這樣會萃取不均
之後先朝這方面修正

豆子是這個月在板上買的哥倫比亞 應該超新鮮
拍影片時候可能手忙腳亂 水溫降太多 咖啡粉膨脹的較少
我後來幾次沖都膨脹得很漂亮
