[其它] 今天看到一個很令人shock的烘豆書
我已經被驚嚇到記不起書名和出版社
這本沒有作者 就只有出版社掛名而已
我一看到烘豆的前置作業我就嚇壞了
馬上丟回架上 拿著目標物 咖啡學去結帳
1.先把生豆放進網袋
2.放在水龍頭下用水沖洗
看到這裡我已經嚇壞了
3.把豆子攤平用毛巾壓乾
4.這樣子蟲蛀豆和瑕疵豆變得很明顯,更容易挑
這麼天兵的撿豆法 究竟是我見識淺薄
我一想到那些水份要烘乾 不知要費多少工夫
這樣不會破壞豆子的風味嗎??
光想頭就發暈了
實在令我無言
