[討論] 請問山藥跟萆薢有什麼差異呀?

請問山藥跟萆薢有什麼差異呀? 我看山藥的學名是Dioscoreae Rhizoma 萆薢是Dioscorea Tokoro MAKINO 也去看國中藥圖鑑這兩個是同屬薯蕷科植物長得也不太一樣但是我看了一篇paper 它在摘要的地方是這樣寫: Dioscoreae Rhizoma (MDR), the root of Dioscorea tokoro MAKINO, has been used for the treatment of arthritis, muscular pain and urinary diseases in oriental medicine. 把這兩種中藥寫在一起了而"MDR"在這邊是Dioscoreae Rhizoma的縮寫然後同篇PAPER 在前言的部份又寫 Dioscorea Tokoro MAKINO (MDR) has a rhizome which is either branched in a ginger-like shape or in irregular masses with fibrous roots. Dioscoreae Rhizoma has been frequently used to cure diarrhea, cough, spermatorrhea, leukorrhea and frequency of urination and arthritis. 而"MDR"在這邊是Dioscorea Tokoro MAKINO的縮寫之後的材料與方法的部份原料是用Dioscoreae Rhizoma 之後都用MDR來當作縮寫使用那我不懂了... Dioscoreae Rhizoma 和 Dioscorea Tokoro MAKIO明明就是不一樣的東西為什麼都用 MDR 然後...既然都是用Dioscoreae Rhizoma作為研究那它又把Dioscorea Tokoro MAKIO拿出來介紹作什麼? 不解...
