So if changes made, would be to assistant coaches. Hoiberg不會被fire 如果教練團變動可能會是助教變動 Pax: There's a really good chance we'll bring Rajon back. Pax:我們將留下Rondo Pax: Our young guys will have a more defined, consistent role. Pax:年輕球員角色定位會更明確一致 Pax: We respect Jimmy. Far and away best player. Didn't commit to him longterm. They need opportunity to learn and grow. Gar:隊上有很多年輕球員對Hoiberg來說是棘手的. 年輕球員需要機會去學習成長 Pax: We don't have great shooting. Outside of Rondo, our PGs didn't play with pace. Pax:現在陣容做出大改變是困難的 Pax, citing need to play w/ pace, called Butler "a different player but we know his value."Said opportunity has to be right for full rebuild Pax說要打出節奏，說JB是一個不同的球員但我們知道他價值，有機會的話他的價值對重建是有利的 Pax: You have to give your coach freedom. But emphasized that players need more consistent roles. Pax:必須給教練自由但強調球員需要更固定的角色 Gar: Denzel had a rough year. Hurt. Inconsistent role. Still have high belief in him.
