With contract talks between the Bulls and Tyrus Thomas making no progress, the Bulls will let Thomas become a restricted free agent at the end of the season. The Bulls will be able to match any offers, but this should provide him extra incentive to play well this season. Oct. 30 - 7:00 pm et Source: Yahoo!
