[實驗] 想請教索氏萃取法
我是機械所的學生 做燃燒方面的
我現在需要分析燃燒後產氣的particle跟tar
我找到一篇文獻有提到需要用到Soxhlet apparatus
但我怕我搞錯他意思 想問大家對不對
我先節錄一段好了：
The membrane filter with the (solid) filtration residue is extracted with
100 ml methylen chloride(CH2Cl2) in a Soxhlet apparatus at 40°C
for at least 8 hours. For the extraction, preferably Soxhlet tubes made of
glass fibres are used. From a defined fraction of the Soxhlet extract,
the methylen chloride is carefully evaporated at approx. 40°C.
The residual liquid is added to the organic phase mixture OPM.
The Soxhlet residue (Solid A) is a fraction of the total particulates.
在這之前的步驟是把有機溶液（有anisole、tar跟particle）過濾 會濾出particle
我看意思好像要用索氏萃取法從filter把particle取出是嗎？
找到的原理是說易揮發溶劑在索氏提取器裡不斷地蒸發、冷凝、溶解被提取物、
純溶劑再蒸發、冷凝、溶解被提取物，一直到把被提取物提取乾淨
照文獻看 我用的溶劑就是二氯化碳是嗎？
但我以前化學沒學好 沒用過這方法
不知道有人能我一些資料介紹這方法的
或是告訴我哪裡能找到詳盡的教學呢？
