He will act as goalkeeper cover to Carlo Cudicini and Hilario and will remain in that role when Petr Cech returns from injury. He has been out of the game since retiring in summer 2005 after a bad run of injuries led to him losing his place in the Sweden side and leaving Celtic. But he has remained fit because of his lifestyle which embraces martial arts, and says he feels ready to give it another go. (martial arts? 可以跟馬卡切磋一下 XDDD) He is still only 33 years old. He last played against Chelsea for Celtic in Seattle, USA, in the second pre-season friendly of Jose Mourinho's time at Chelsea. Chelsea won 4-2 with goals from Alexey Smertin, Eidur Gudjohnsen and two from Mateja Kezman. Magnus played in the 2000 European Championships and 2002 World Cup. He has 58 caps.
