廢心理或是恐懼，或是當你破除了沒有人認為你可以克服的障礙，那種爽感是無限大
的。你也許正要開始做某件超棒的事或是挑戰，而你可能甚至不會認為自己應付得來，
但是你可以的！想像一下，當你開始做了，你經歷的會是什麼絕佳的感受，並且讓這
股感受指引你、鼓勵你。
