You may believe that you'll be able to please everyone involved in a group endeavor. You want everyone on the same page, working toward the same goal with gusto and synchronicity. But pleasing everyone may be an unrealistic aspiration, Cancer. If you are the leader in this quest - even if it's not your official title - you need to do what's best for the group, no matter how it affects others on an emotional level.
