Breaking a habit can be very easy or very difficult, depending on the
elements of the habit, and how reliant you are on it. You may be worried that
a certain bad habit will be very hard to break, Moonchild, so you have been
avoiding it. You may fear that as soon as you start, you will be met with
failure, because this habit is too ingrained in you. But you can do anything
you set your mind to. You are as tenacious as they come, and quitting
something that is bringing you down is worthy of that tenacity. So what are
you waiting for?

度上。你目前也許擔心一個非常難以戒掉的壞習慣，月之子，因此你一直以來在迴避這個
