Bayern Munich's want-away forward Luca Toni has revealed to his closest
friends that he has his sights set on a transfer to Serie A side Roma in
January, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
(據報導Toni向他的好友透露自己將要前往羅馬)
The 32-year-old is set to return to Italy after falling out with Bayern
boss Louis van Gaal and the Bavarians have agreed to release him on a free
transfer.
(拜仁方面也已經同意讓他自由轉會)
Press reports in the peninsula have alleged this week that the ex-Fiorentina
and Palermo man has plumped for Roma and he is hoping to make things official
as soon as possible.
(Toni本人希望這樁轉會越快越好)
“I can’t wait…,” he said. “It’s not a done deal yet. But I only want
to join Roma and I will go there in the end.”
(Toni：我等不及了...我好想要去羅馬...)
If a deal does come through next week, Roma are planning to unveil Toni at a
press conference on January 2.
