defender Fabio Grosso will move to Ligue 1 after
signing a four-year contract with French champions Lyon.
四年約。
The world champion passed a medical with his new club over the weekend
and penned a deal worth ￡1.4m a season on Monday morning.
週末通過體檢，週一簽約，年薪１．４ｍ英鎊。
“We are pleased with the arrival of a World Cup winner at our club one
year after Italy's victory over France,” said President Jean-Michel Aulas.
Lyon 主席 Jean-Michel Aulas 說：
「我們很高興能在義大利擊敗法國的一年後引進一名世界盃冠軍。」
“It was a fast operation, but also very difficult, as several
important clubs were interested in signing Fabio,” added the official.
「這筆交易進行得很快，但是也很困難，許多重要球會都對 Grosso 有興趣。」
The Roman left-back, who will cost Lyon around ￡5m, had joined Inter
last summer for ￡4m from Palermo, but failed to meet the expectations
preceding his arrival at San Siro.
轉會費５ｍ英鎊。
Grosso, who netted the decisive penalty in the Berlin World Cup Final
one year ago today, has already been assigned the No 11 shirt by
the Stade Gerland side.
