港式波蘿包(35元)

產品主打香甜酥皮,搭配香醇奶油.

成份: 麵粉,有鹽奶油(乳脂,水分,食鹽),水,蔗糖,
酥油(棕櫚油,大豆油,乳化劑(脂酸甘油脂,脂肪酸丙二醇脂,大豆卵磷脂)),
香料(香料,棕櫚油,中鏈三酸甘油脂),抗氧化劑(混合濃縮生育醇),
β-胡蘿蔔素(玉米油,β-胡蘿蔔素),雞蛋,奶粉,酵母(新鮮酵母,水分,卵磷脂),食鹽,
品質改良劑(乳酸硬脂酸鈉,脂肪酸甘油脂,羥丙基磷酸二澱粉,半纖維素酶,β澱粉酶,
α澱粉酶.麥芽粉,麵粉,玉米澱粉,小麥蛋白,麥芽糖糖化酵素,L抗壞血酸),

每一份量80公克,本包裝含1份.
每份熱量328大卡,蛋白質5.7公克,脂肪16.2公克(飽和脂肪10.2公克,反式脂肪0公克),
碳水化合物39.6公克,糖6公克,鈉262毫克.
把盒子去掉後,就可以看見港式波蘿包.
港式波蘿包是用一個透明塑膠袋裝.
這是 港式波蘿包的開口處.
港式波蘿包上方有一塊波蘿.
還沒烤的波蘿有點軟軟的.
裡面有一塊鹹奶油.
鹹奶油是方形的.
大小剛好可以放進波蘿包內.
鹹奶油沒有很厚.
我把鹹奶油先拿起來,
把港式波羅包放進烤箱烤三分鐘.
烤過之後的港式波羅包,外皮微酥.聞起來很香.
放涼後,波羅包的口感會更酥脆些,甜度也會相對增加.
因為烤過的波蘿包很燙口,
所以,把鹹奶油放進去後,就會慢慢融化.
若是喜歡冰冰涼涼的鹹奶油,
可以先把鹹奶油進冷凍室冰凍一下.口感會更佳~~
酥脆香甜的波蘿包,搭配融化的鹹奶油一起入口.
吃起來蠻對味,是蠻好吃的港式波蘿包.
P.S. 雖然鹹奶油味道微鹹,
但是,因為鹹奶油不是太厚,加上波蘿包的甜味比較明顯,
所以,兩者合吃時,會比較吃不出鹹味.
7-11的港式波羅包若是直接微波,
外皮會軟軟的,搭鹹奶油一起吃,口感應該沒這麼好.
所以,建議回家自己用烤箱烤過,才會比較美味哦! ^^
