第一幕
45(1) Hip pain
(DDx、How to approach this patient?)
47(2) Hip fracture (不用太細，詳細介紹留給第3第4題)
49(3) Intertrochanteric hip fracture (types, causes, presentation, treatment,
complications……) +dynamic hip screw fixation介紹
50(4) Femoral neck fracture (types, causes, presentation, treatment,
complications……) +bipolar endoprothesis replacement介紹
第二幕
51(1) Hip Xray介紹及教案X光片判讀
52(2) leukocyte counts, CRP, ESR解釋
53(3) 3-phase Tc-99m bone scan介紹及教案figure2解釋
54(4) gallium-67 scan介紹及教案figure3解釋
第三幕
55(1) Factors affecting sliding of the lag screw in intertrochanteric fractures
56(2)放置或移除screw手術?(術前各項評估，indication，術式，術後注意事項等)，若放
了不適大小screw可能之後遺症?
57(3) debride proliferative synovitis手術?exploring the hip joint or fluoroscopy
使用時機?
58(4)之後注意事項，術後追蹤?用藥?
主席:46 紀錄:58(因為紀錄最好還是要講點話不然沒有存在感，
所以由看似最簡單的最後一題的人來擔任)
題目是3個人胡亂想的，請有更好idea的人趕快提出，看是要加還是要修改，
或是也可以自己暗扛，等PBL的時候再提出來講。
為了方便就直接照號碼分題目，想交換的自行解決，想當主席的也是~
