The Observed number of CpG patterns in a window 即為 G nucleotide
緊接著 C nucleotide 出現的次數.
The Expected number of CpG patterns ( for each window ) 為根據 C
nucleotide 和 G nucleotide 在 window 出現的頻率, 所預期 CpG dinucleotides
在 window 中出現的次數. 所以, the Expected frequency of CpG's in a window
的計算為 C nucleotide window 中的數目乘上 G nucleotide 在 window 中的數目,
除以 window length.
然後兩者相除應該就是你想問的那句話的意義
不過我找到的多是為0.6
