上頷premolar WL
1. 開口呈slot 或卵圓形
2. open 時向 B cusp 延伸 2/3
L cusp 延伸 1/2
3. access 較靠B side
4. 3 canals 分別為 MB DB P
有幾個canal差幾支file就有幾個WL
＊注意＊
1. chamber上的面的齒質要磨掉
2. 如果有二合一根管
其中file要插到apical constriction
另外一根 如果根尖孔夠大 可以插到根尖孔
如果根尖孔不夠大 至少差到二合一的地方

下頷premolar main cone GP
IAF → ... → MAF(單根管做到50 雙根管做到45) → step back → 插GP照X光
