一樣5點到6點要看到人,重訓完跑2000M
更早或更晚補做請推文告知,並說明理由
重訓一個禮拜做一次其實是沒什麼效果的,頂多維持肌力
如果覺得自己對抗性不夠或想要變更壯的話就要自己私下多努力
