強化的牌:
槳 Oars - If the demand hits, repeat the demand. "We wanted more cards in the
base set to deal with big hands"
修改：霸權條例最後增加"重複執行（直到你沒有皇冠標誌的手牌)。"
封建制度 Feudalism - If the demand hits, also unsplay that color "was
considered the worst card in the game"
修改：霸權條例最後增加"若你如此做，將你文明中該顏色牌還原為未展開。"
基本版中唯一可以還原為未展開的牌。
社會 Societies - instead of non-purple card with a bulb, now you get a top
card that is higher than my card of the same color (with a bulb). "this gives
us one more card of the variety that can get somebody back in the game if the
other player has teched up faster"
修改：...1張含有比我多1個燈泡標誌的相同顏色...
例如，你的2燈泡綠牌，放到我的1燈泡綠牌上
你的1燈泡黃牌，放到我的0燈泡黃牌上
統計學 Statistics - now returns all instead of one, but doesn't repeat. "it
was only punishing people who had empty hands and that wasn't a very
interesting punishment point... sometimes it's more powerful than old
statistics, sometimes it's weaker... when we're nerfing or strengthening a
card, if we can make that card more interesting... depends on how cleverly
you use it, that is our number one way to fix a card"
修改：將影響(分數)區所有最高分的牌(修改前只拿1張)，拿到手牌。
若你如此做...，那整句刪除。
核彈 Fission - second dogma ability gains draw a 10 "the card that ruins
everything... it makes fission more interesting to use"
修改：協作條例最後面增加"抽1張10時代的牌。"
弱化的牌:
發酵 Fermenting - draw a 2 for every color on your board with a leaf. "We
didn't realize (fermenting) was broken/OP until well beyond Innovation's
release... for the first year that Innovation was out, this was considered a
terrible card."
修改：每有兩個葉子標誌，改為"每有一種顏色"。
某個很威的打法bye了~
測量 Measurement - now you splay *that* color, not any color "And... this
does not have the update in it. What happened? Oh, yes it does. Sometimes I
forget the subtle changes made."
修改：改為..將你文明中"那種"（歸還的牌的顏色）顏色的牌...
工業化 Industrialization - same change as fermenting. "if you got it, and you
had 8 factories or 10 factories, you could end the game by spamming it."
修改：改為你每有1種有工廠標誌的顏色，....。
內燃機 Combustion - return 1 card for each 4 crowns instead of 2 cards, AND
you have to return your bottom red card. "a little too good for not that much
effort..."
修改：我每有4個皇冠標誌，則你將影響區的1張牌轉移到我的影響區。
增加第2個霸權條例:我要求 你歸還紅色的置底牌。
