[問題] 無法在樂多留言
剛在一個BLOG想要回應，結果送出後出現：

我的IP不是固定的，他的技術支援看起來像是說我的IP被樂多的機器給檔下來了，
所以這是我的問題嗎？還是hinet和樂多的問題？
