My condition: (24 well)
Coating: I have used 100 micro liters of matrigel to coat interior well
and then stood for 4 degree overnight.
After coating, remove matrigel (suction) and put cells to invade
(refer to your migration condition).
I consider that you can compare the result of invasion (coating or not)
to check the effect of your coating.
