DIG Northern Starter Kit:
The DIG Northern Starter Kit generates DIG labeled, single stranded RNA probes
這一種與前兩種 labeling kit 最大的差異就是做出來的probe 是 ''RNA'' probe
因此 你要知道 你是要用 DNA probe還是 RNA probe
另外兩種都是 DNA probe, 差別在於是用哪一種 primer~~ (請上Roche網站或是善用google)
不過依前面看來, 貴實驗室 用 PCR DIG Probe Synthesis Kit 應該比較合適
: 還有在detection的時候有kit或其他方法
: 可以使我們已經blot好的membrane重覆使用嗎??
有 就是 re-probe ~~ 有好幾種方法, molecular cloning 就有介紹
印象中 Roche 有一本討論hybridization的冊子也有他們的建議方式 簡單好用
不然 拜一下 google 應該也可以找到~~~
至於 northern 其他的流程,可以好好參考 molecular cloning等書~
