前文吃光光 google搜了一下 http://www.biocity.cn/Shop/Reagent/Sigma/200605/329.html 裡面有提到 unit definition Activity is expressed in nih units obtained by direct comparison to a NIH thrombin reference standard. 所以我猜應該是用 NIH 所準備的 standard 去定義的吧. 另外有提到reference R. Biggs, ed.
