他這篇paper有用Hu-HSC和Hu-PBL兩種模式
用Hu-HSC的話的確可以透過central tolerance來迴避掉這個問題
至於Hu-PBL的話 該篇也提到會有XGVHD的問題
而且其實驗結果也發現有XGVHD的現象(fig4b)
不過老鼠死活不是這篇的重點 重點在於人的CD4+T細胞存活量的比較
有加siRNA的組別會比沒加的其CD4/CD3(CD4 T細胞在整體T細胞比例)會有明顯增加
