1M Tris pH 6.8 --- 6.25 ml 10% SDS --- 20 ml beta-mercaptoethanol --- 10 ml ============================================= +ddH20 補到total 100 ml 在溫度57~70度C中incubate with mild shaking 30 mins 然後1x TBS-T wash 3次，各10 mins 接著從Blocking開始做即可 NC membrane是可以stripping啦，不過會變的很脆弱，小心點work吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.121.97
