[求救] DNA fragmentation
請問有人用exctration buffer 抽DNA片段嗎?
我從我學長那邊拿來的方法
他說不會抽到gemonic
可是我跑膠的時候 2%的卻通通卡在上面跑不下來
以下是實驗步驟
1.collect cells
2.PBS wash
3.離心 移除上清液
4.add 80% Etoh -20度 over night
5.離心 移除上清液
6.PBS wash romove supernatant
7.pellet + extraction buffer 30ul 37度 1hr 離心
transfer the supernatnt to another eppendorf
8.RNaseA 75度 20min
9.add RnaseA 5ul 37度 45min
10.add proteinase K 5ul 37度 45min
有人有做過這種方法抽dna片段嗎???
