[求救] Nested PCR

最近看一篇PAPER
介紹nested PCR能提高sensitivity和specificity
文中附一張圖
將first PCR 和 nested PCR的產物跑電泳
但first PCR跑出的電泳卻無結果產生
只有 nested PCR 有結果
我把first PCR沒有結果解釋成因為它的specificity不高
所以電泳跑不出來
不知道對不對
希望版眾能幫我解除疑惑
